We only collect the data necessary to provide the core functionality of Report Bot. This includes:
User Information: Your Discord username, user ID, and avatar (as publicly provided by Discord)
Server Information: Server ID, name, channels, roles, and member IDs
Command Usage: What commands were run, who ran them, and when
Any content submitted via report commands (e.g., messages, notes, attached proof)
Information logged as part of a moderation or support-related action
We do not collect or store IP addresses, device identifiers, browser data, or location information.
We use collected data to:
Provide and operate core moderation features.
Log report submissions for server administrators.
Respond to support requests or bug reports.
Improve and maintain the stability of the bot.
Prevent abuse or spam.
We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
We may share data only under the following conditions:
With service providers who help operate the Service (e.g., database or hosting infrastructure).

Report Bot currently uses:
Discloud for bot hosting.
MongoDB Atlas for secure database storage.
GitHub Pages for website hosting.
Cloudflare for domain protection and traffic security.
We retain user and report data only as long as necessary for Service functionality, abuse prevention, or support follow-up. If a server removes the bot or a user requests deletion, related stored data may be deleted manually or automatically after a period of inactivity.
To request data removal, server admins or users may contact us via reportbot.xyz/support or by email. We may retain non-personal identifiers (e.g. user ID only) to record that deletion occurred.
We use reasonable security measures to protect stored data, including encryption, access controls, and infrastructure protections. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data protection.
Report Bot is not intended for individuals under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that a user under 13 has submitted data, we will take steps to remove it.
We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on our website, and we may announce major changes via our Discord support server or relevant channels.
